The Fairy Rock Pools
I ventured out to the Fairy Rock Pools in Noosa's National Park while visiting there last weekend. This location has been made famous through Instagram. I went there ~12 months ago in the middle of the day where the water colours looked awesome, but there were too many people to get the photo I wanted, so I ventured out to photograph sunset here. I was hoping for some interesting cloud in the northern sky, but just got the small cloud you can see in the shot which floated by. Interestingly, I can't recall seeing Australian landscape photographers photographing this location. I think it would be a great location at sunrise or sunset with some northern clouds, looking north (like this photo) or a winter sunset where the sun sets more northerly (I think).
