During a photography trip with some mates over to New Zealand in 2015 we decided to alter our planned travel itinerary due to a large amount of rain expected for our initially planned destination. Hence, rather than heading north from Greymouth up to Wharariki we headed south, through a town called Ross to Queenstown. After a couple of days of grey sky we didn't think we'd see the sun again but just on the southern side of Ross the light came out and the fog and clouds started clearing!
