As we stood and waited for this sunset to occur, my mate Chi stood and talked to one of the locals. She said 'this sunset is ok, but not the best I've seen'. For some reason this place just delivers great photographic conditions at sunrise and sunset. I have seen plenty of other peoples images who have had great conditions here. We were so fortunate the following morning to witness a great sunrise. Nonetheless, the difficulties of balancing on a rock ensuring your camera equipment is study and watching for rogue waves to prevent you or your gear getting wet provided enough excitement during sunset for this photographer this particular evening.
