This shot was take at Point Arkwright on a recent 5 day holiday up in Coolum on the Sunshine Coast. There wasn't much light or colour around but I was able to catch a bit of it. After taking some long exposure shots I decided to try to capture some shorter exposures of the splashes. This shot was actually the last shot of the morning as I realised this was quite a large wave just after pressing the shutter...so I had to quickly pick up the tripod with camera attached and spin around to protect it from being hit. Knowing I got the shot I left for home.
