I have always wanted to capture snowgums in the snow - I was able to on a recent family road trip. Unfortunately I somehow managed to shoot a blank frame on another snowgum I shot, but I'm super happy with this particular image shot in late afternoon light near Smiggin Holes and Perisher Valley in New South Wales' Snowy Mountains.
