I ventured out with Kane to Ripley one very cold morning in July this year. (I can't believe I have only just had this film developed almost 5 months later!) This particular morning we were hoping for some fog...but there wasn't much. We did have the opportunity to capture this awesome light and some frosty ground.

I have titled this 'Stolen Frame' as really this composition was Kane's idea. He had scoured the scene and was potentially going to shoot this shot. As the sun was about to peak over the horizon, Kane was still wandering around from one side of the scene to the other looking for the best composition (as is usually the case). With not too much else inspiring me, I decided I would shoot this comp. I setup my camera and told Kane I would shoot this comp and he could shoot something else. I still feel bad about it because to be honest, this frame probably would have suited the 90mm lens on his Fotoman 617 rather than the 105mm on my Fuji....but this is how it has been captured.
