As the fog sets...

As the fog sets...

I ventured out photographing with Kane yesterday. We didn't really have a plan for a location but we knew there was fog potential so our aim was to chase the fog. After driving most of the way out to our rendezvous spot, there wasn't much fog. There was a tiny bit of mist but not much fog. We decided we should head somewhere where it might be cooler and hopefully there would be some fog. Anyway, not long after setting off in a westerly direction we hit masses of fog! We headed toward Ripley, a spot we have photographed before. Kane had photographed this spot in fog on multiple occasions but never on film. I had never shot this scene in fog ever.
Rather than going to the place we had in mind we took a side street to try to find some higher ground. As we ventured, we came across this funky looking tree and the moon setting in the distance. We couldn't leave this scene without a few shots. It was a bit dark for film photography here, so we came back where there was a bit of light on the scene later in the morning.

P.S. We met another photographer this morning called Daniel. If you're reading this mate let me know where you've put your shots from this particular morning.
