After a couple of days of rain and overcast conditions myself and three other photographers made the decision to alter our planned itinerary and head south toward a sunny Queenstown rather than north to a wet Wharariki. Our desires for blue sky and good light were founded a short trip south of Ross on New Zaland's west coast. We pulled over to witness the sun breaking through the cloud and the fog lifting. It was great!
