I took this photo near Lake Oberon which is west of the Blue Mountains in April 2019. I remember that just behind these trees I was walking around some of the rocks and a snake slithered out! I jumped in the air and ran then urged my mate who I was photographing with to be careful. I was on edge for the rest of the afternoon until we got back to the car and weren't walking around the bush near the lake!
