Autumnal Colours
I have just arrived home from a 920km road trip to Stanthorpe and Armidale with my wife, son, a mate, his wife and their daughter in search of autumnal colours. Here is an image of some beautiful orange foliage we found one morning in Armidale. I learned a lot on this trip. This includes:
1. Autumnal colours, although abundant are difficult to capture in Armidale.
2. Although fog is forecast it may not necessarily occur...
3. Traveling with a child who becomes sick and then you yourself becoming sick is not conducive to photography.
4. Getting up for sunrise 5 days in a row is very difficult....hence I skipped one day in there. Good on Chi for doing 5 in a row!
5. Since shooting film I am finding it difficult to compose images using my 17-40mm lens!
Anyway, hopefully some more images to come. I hope you enjoy!
